1. Evaluation of the present condition, stock-taking

Currently, we often observe a situation in which the Investor intends to modernise a department or a process line. The installation of new equipment usually necessitates that the new equipment is put in place of the old one, and connected to the process line. The additional difficulty is the fact that the space for new equipment is limited. In this case, we can offer a close co-operation in conducting the investigation and measurements on site, and prepare the drawings presenting the layout of the equipment and existing buildings.

2. Preparation of design concepts

We can offer the preparation of concepts presenting the technical solutions to the problem, in several options if required, and also the selection of an optimal solution. The concept can be supplemented with the cost assessment of task implementation. Such documents can be used as tender documents which are the base for enquiries.

3. Engineering and technical documentation for all branches: process and mechanical, civil engineering, electrical, installation and communications.

• Basic engineering project consisting of: process calculations, selection of mechanical equipment, layout drawings of the equipment
• Civil engineering part consisting of: static calculations, architectonic and construction drawings (steel and reinforced concrete constructions) of the industrial buildings, storage points, silos, etc.
• Execution project consisting of the workshop drawings of the elements needed for installation, erection, such as: steel constructions, detailed drawings of the reinforced concrete constructions, discharge chutes, frames, dedusting ducts, supports etc.
• Execution projects of the architectural, land development, rain & technological water, savage, installation, electrical branches etc.
