INFORMATION CLAUSE

According to art. 13 par. 1 and par. 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation personal data of 27 April 2016 informs that:

1) the administrator of your personal data is ALIT Sp. z o.o.  with headquarters in Krakow 31-556 ul. Ofiar Dąbia 2b;

2) Your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 point b;

3) the recipient of your personal data will be supply service providers our company in technical and organizational solutions (IT service providers, software, courier and postal companies, legal and debt collection services);

4) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization;

5) Your personal data will be processed for a minimum period of 6 years or until your consent is revoked;

6) you have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify it, delete it, processing restrictions, the right to data transfer, the right to raise

    objections, the law to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its

    withdrawal;

7) you have the right to file a complaint with GIODO (UODO) when you feel that the processing your personal data makes the breach of the provisions of the

    General Protection Regulation personal data of April 27, 2016;

8) providing your personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary;

9) Your data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.
